    REGULAR MOVING SERVICES

    • $89/hr (2-hour minimum) – 16 ft truck included (driver only). All our drivers also assist with the moving process.

    • Additional movers: $30 per hour, per mover

    • Professional equipment: blankets, dolly, and essential tools for safe handling

    • No travel fee for distances under 15 km

    LARGE MOVING SERVICES

    • $99/hr (3.5 hour minimum) – 18 ft truck included (driver only). All our drivers also assist with the moving process.

    • Additional movers: $40 per hour, per mover

    • Professional equipment included: blankets, dollies, straps, and essential tools for maximum protection

    • No travel fee for distances under 15 km

    How many additional movers do you need?

    PAYMENT TERMS
    Payments must be made in cash or via electronic transfer (plus applicable GST) to isolmultiservice1@gmail.com.
    A $50 deposit is required to reserve your move

    LATE PAYMENT POLICY
    If payment is not received by the stipulated due date, a 5% late fee will be added to the total invoice.
    The payment will be reported to a collection agency or referred to the British Columbia Small Claims Court.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    Please inform us of any parking restrictions or specific instructions for your location. If the customer requests parking and a ticket is issued, it will be the customer's responsibility.
    Isol Multiservice cannot reassemble items that have not been disassembled by our movers.
    Movers must work safely and may transport loads of up to 25 kg per move. Legal Notice Regarding Pressed Wood Furniture
    The company is not responsible for damage to pressed wood furniture, particleboard, MDF, or IKEA-type furniture, including but not limited to cracks, chipping, loosening of joints, or structural failures during handling or transport.

    These items are fragile and can be damaged under normal moving conditions, even when using appropriate protective methods, as they are not designed to be moved once assembled. Isol Multiservice is not responsible for any damage to these items during the move.
    We offer packing or wrapping services for an additional charge. However, Isol Multiservice is not responsible for damage resulting from improper packing, wrapping, or organization. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items and furniture are properly packed before the arrival of our movers.

    - 48-hour cancellation: no charge
    - 24-hour reschedule: 30-minute charge
    - Earlier changes: no charge
