Moving service

Your package includes moving service with 2 professional movers and a moving truck, up to the hours included for your home size (above).

If your move needs more than the included time, no problem — we can continue at our regular rate of $119/hour. We’ll always let you know before the included time is exceeded.

To help us complete your move efficiently, all boxes, personal belongings and small items must be fully packed and ready to move when our team arrives. Packing services are available separately upon request.

Elevators, parking & building access

For buildings with elevators, the customer is responsible for reserving the elevator exclusively for the move during the scheduled time at both pickup and drop-off, whenever elevator reservations are available or required.

The customer is also responsible for arranging a suitable parking space or loading zone for our truck, as close as reasonably possible to the building entrance at both locations.

Waiting time or delays caused by unavailable elevators, parking, loading areas, building access or other circumstances outside our control will count toward the moving hours included in the package. Additional charges may apply for multiple flights of stairs, walk-up apartments, long carries, difficult access or other conditions requiring substantially more time or labor.

Move-out cleaning

Your package includes professional move-out cleaning up to the cleaner-hours listed for your home size, for an apartment in reasonable condition. Cleaning supplies and equipment are included.

Cleaner-hours represent the total amount of cleaning labor included. For example, if two cleaners are assigned, 4 hours each equals 8 cleaner-hours.

If additional cleaning is required beyond the included cleaner-hours, we can continue at our regular rate of $40/hour per cleaner. Additional time may be needed for excessive grease or buildup, heavy staining, excessive pet hair, unusually dirty appliances, excessive garbage, or any condition requiring substantially more work than a standard move-out cleaning. Whenever possible, we may request photos or a short video to assess the apartment’s condition beforehand. We’ll let you know before the included cleaning time is exceeded.

Special & heavy items

Pianos, safes, oversized or extremely heavy furniture, specialty items, junk removal, full packing services, or items requiring additional movers or specialized equipment are not included in the starting package price. These services can still be provided and will be quoted separately.

Travel & service area

The promotional price applies to qualifying local moves within our standard service area. Extended travel, long-distance moves, ferry transportation, tolls or other significant travel requirements may result in additional charges.

Each price shown is the starting promotional price for a qualifying standard apartment move of that size. Before confirming your booking, we’ll review the details of your move — pickup and drop-off locations, building access, stairs, parking, elevator availability and any special or heavy items. If any additional charges are expected based on the information provided, we’ll let you know before your booking is confirmed.
